Nursing Home Manager - Evesham
£47,000pa + 30% Bonus
Time Recruitment is looking to recruit a Care Home Manager to run a well-regarded, Nursing home based in the Evesham area of Worcestershire. Our client is a highly-respected, Blue Chip organisation who specialises in providing high-quality residential and nursing care to the older generation.
This popular and fully compliant care home is able to accommodate up to 65 people. There are 3 separate units provided over two floors. The home is accessible to all local amenities and local transport links. This home caters for the elderly requiring general nursing and dementia care whilst also offering services for people with specialist care needs.
The home is currently fully compliant with CQC so your key focus here will be to push this positive momentum forward, attract more private funders and further build on this homes excellent local reputation.
Main challenges in this particular home will be improving and maintaining permanent staffing levels (although they are currently sufficient) and overseeing the refurbishment of one of their units. The current manager has remained within the business but has moved to a home closer to Birmingham to cut down on their commute, therefore their time will be available to complete a thorough handover with the newly appointed manager.
This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary of up £47,000 per annum (Negotiable) plus benefits including:

Firstly and foremost you must come from a care background, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a management level role, unfortunately we cannot accept candidates working in a Domiciliary care setting. You will have experience of managing challenging yet successful care services, building and developing teams and attaining strong commercial success. It would be a strong advantage to be nurse qualified with an active NMC pin however this is not essential.
Applicants will have a person-centred focus, be experienced, approachable, have excellent leadership skills and be adaptable to this companies' policies and procedures.
