Clinical Lead - RGN/RMN/RNLD
Salary: £16.10 - £17.00 per hour (£36,836 per annum) + £1.20 overtime enhancement
Hours: 44 hours per week - Days only

Time Recruitment is currently searching for a Clinical Lead on behalf of a medium sized care provider operating across the UK. This site is in South Worcester overlooking the beautiful Malvern Hills and is a stunning large manor house catering for the personal needs of its residents.
The service compromises of two floors and caters to the needs of elderly patients requiring general nursing or palliative care and has a separate floor for those requiring dementia care. This is a reasonably sized service with 39 beds in total spread across two separate floors evenly.
The site has plenty to boast about, not only is it stunning in its appeal but the service has won the dementia standard care award more recently and can also cater for those with MS and neurological conditions offering special areas of practise in the area which no other care service nearby can offer and boasts a varied site for nurses; enabling you to increase your clinical skills or develop on top of existing skills.
Training and development is also highly regarded within the company with two weeks induction training on offer and both classroom and supervision based training from external training partners. The facility is looking for a strong clinical manager who can lead and motivate others, before commencing the role you will be endorsed for your ILM training or a NVQ level 4 and 5 in management if you require this management training.
Your role will be as follows:
" Induction, supervising and overseeing others
" Off duty rota
" Clinical delivery
" Co-ordinating nursing and care staff
" Family liaison
" Emergency management
" Implementation and improvements
" Quality assurance
The role has a large amount of supernumerary time included in it and is a steady mix of clinical time and supernumerary time ensuring you know the residents well but have time to lead others and provide excellence in clinical management and care.
