Salary: £15.50ph - Highly Negotiable & Dependant on Experience

Time Recruitment is currently representing a fully complainant specialist mental health service. They specialise in looking after vulnerable adults who can no longer look after themselves. They make it their aim to give the service users a safe, yet stimulating environment in which they can continue to enjoy their lives.
They care for people who have mental illness including Alzheimer's, dementia, sensory disorder, physical disability and clients with palliative care needs.
We are looking for experienced RMNs or RNLDs (with relevant background / experience) to work in this purpose built service. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Your role as the Staff Nurse or Senior Staff nurse will require you to assist the ward manager with:
- Training of junior staff
- Medication Audits
- CPA and risk assessment documentation
- Delivery of care
- Individual 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions
- Working within agreed quality standards, QNIC and health legislation
- Award winning training and development - Affiliated with local University
- Regular 1-2-1 and development sessions
