Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN or RNLD
Salary: £13.52 - £14.83 per hour (33,921 per annum)
Location: Middleport, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Days or Nights Available - Full Time or Part Time - Various Hours Available

One of the UK's largest independent healthcare providers is currently seeking a Staff Nurse for their stunning purpose-built 52 bedded nursing home based in Middleport, Stoke-on-Trent

Ideally located the facility has excellent transport links being based closely to Longport train station, good road links and free parking on offer. The facility has been specifically designed to provide residential and general nursing care; the facility is largely residential care and operates on 52 beds in total 25-30 of those beds cater to general and palliative care.

Your role as Staff Nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical excellence alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents.

Having a client centred approach is essential for the position and you will work alongside 2 other staff nurses on shift and will be supported be a nurse home manager and a well-established deputy manager.

Applicants for the Staff Nurse role should:

- Hold a current NMC registration and have the legal right to work within the UK
- Have strong leadership and clinical skillset
- Maintain a person centred approach to care
- Up to date with current practises and regulations
- Most importantly have a passion for caring
