Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN or RNLD
Salary: £15.50 per hour (£28,641 per annum)
Location: Littleworth, Stafford
Full Time or Part Time Available - Days or Nights

Your role will be to work within a specialist facility catering to the needs of both younger and older adults with dementia or Alzheimer's to a select few residents as they operate a named nurse policy, to apply for the position you must be RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified and hold a valid NMC pin.

The site is split into two facilities one with 48 beds catering to those with mental health needs and another 24 bedded unit specifically for those with dementia needs.

Your role will be to oversee a clinical team on nights and supernumerary time will be included. You will know your residents well, induct new starters, provide hands on clinical care, complete medication audits, direct all nursing and care staff, complete the off duty rota and head up MDT meetings.

You will be assisted by a large multi-disciplinary team as the site is in partnership with the local trust, this site is based closely to County Hospital and works closely with them. This arrangement enables residents to be supported further with regular consultations and psychiatric input.
