Charge Nurse - RMN/RNLD
Location: Leek, Staffordshire
Salary: £16.47 - £17.50 per hour + excellent benefits and enhancements
Hours: 38.5 hours per week - full time - days
Time Recruitment Solutions are proud to work with an award winning hospital which is a mental health provider of individualized, high quality, psychiatric rehabilitation. Our client has 55 beds, split over 5 units and is situated in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The Group provides care for patients with severe and enduring mental illness, who may also be detained under the Mental Health Act and has a lot of variety to its units. We have two charge nurse vacancies available one specifically on 13 bedded female ward and a 15 bedded admission and assessment ward.
They are looking to recruit Senior Staff Nurses/Clinical Managers RMN or RNLD qualified to head up these units leading a team of experienced staff nurses and support staff in the delivery of therapeutic care with a results driven rehabilitation service.
The company are offering an excellent package for candidates with extensive experience, in return you will be offered alternate weekends, an extra £2.00 per hour for working weekends and overtime at time and a half equating to £24.70 per hour alongside 6.6. weeks holiday per year and sick pay.

You will need to be enthusiastic and well-motivated to join their friendly team with a good understanding of clinical governance.
You will also have excellent communication skills; you will be trained in the Management of Actual and Potential Aggression (MAPA) method of de-escalation and physical restraint and will have supervision when required to ensure you are able to talk about your experiences and are well supported in this setting.
