Clinical Lead Nurse - Bolsover, Chesterfield
£16.00 - £16.50 per hour (£33,280 per annum)
38.5 Or 40 hour - Days (flexible)

Time Recruitment are exclusively representing a national care home provider with and outstanding reputation. We are leading their search for a Clinical Lead in Bolsover, Chesterfield the home specialises in the provision of residential, intermediate and the long term care of elderly patients in the area requiring general nursing, palliative care or rehabilitation from hospital.

Specially converted the service has recently been renovated to cater to its 36 residents; recently inspected the home is compliant and offers longstanding staff and excellent staffing levels due to the longevity of the nurse manager running the home and its staff. The home runs smoothly and has astounding staff retention levels and this vacancy is due to internal promotion to another site.

With award winning care staff also you will be supported on site by several care practitioners, 2 other staff nurses a deputy and a home manager alongside a regional and area manager as you would expect from a large care provider.

Reporting to the Home Manager as the Clinical Lead Nurse you will have direct responsibility for the performance of staff nurses and care staff within the home ensuring all training and up skilling is completed, staff rotas are monitored alongside auditing and checking any clinical work completed and stepping in clinically where required.

You will liaise with a multi-disciplinary team including CQC and generally assist the home manager in day to day duties and have a good mix of clinical and supernumerary time at your own discretion offering excellent autonomy within your role.

As an applicant firstly and foremost you must be a Registered Nurse - RGN qualified with an active NMC pin. You will come from a care home background with experience of working with elderly and dementia, with a minimum of a years' experience in a staff nurse/senior role or a nurse management position. You will have experience of managing staffing levels and overseeing nurses.
