Staff Nurse - RMN or RNLD
Salary: £25,000 - £33,330 per annum dependant on experience
(£21,000 - £23,000 for newly qualified nurses)
Contracted Hours: 24 - 42 hours per week - negotiable on part time or full time
Rotational shift patterns available - typically 12 hour shifts
Time Recruitment is pleased to be assisting in the search for a Staff Nurse for a large, nationwide and reputable independent specialist secure and step down service in the UK. The clinic in North London cares for men with mental disorder and challenging behaviour. Here the service users received specialised treatment within the medium secure, low secure and rehabilitation wards. This hospital received an 'Outstanding' award in the 2015 CQC report with it being the first mental health service to receive this rating under the new CQC regime.
This is a rewarding role where you will be given a lengthy induction and supervision time to get to know your patients; with exclusive 1:2:1 patient interaction moving forward and a large focus on the assessment and intervention. Your role will be autonomous and you will lead the delivery of care for your patient implementing relevant care changes and rehabilitation aims; you will be given a select group of patients to manage the rehabilitation of.
