Registered Nurse - RMN/RNLD

Time recruitment are excited to begin the selection for staff nurses (RMN/RNLD) on behalf of a leading national provider of secure and step down/rehab services. Having been established for over 30 years this company are now the industry's leading mental health/learning disabilities provider and are now the main provider of outsourcing to the NHS.
The clinic we are recruiting for cares for both male and female patients with a diagnosis of mental disorder, here patients are offered assessment and specialist treatment in an environment that offers a full care pathway from medium secure, down to rehabilitation wards. This clinic has received an 'Outstanding' award in the 2015 CQC Report, the first mental health service to do so under the new CQC regime.
The position will include the following responsibilities;
* To work as primary nurse to/care coordinator for a key group of patients
* Assessment of new patients/formulation of treatment plans
* To develop and progress across the staff nurse grading pathway
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience;
* RMN/RNLD qualification
* A commitment to patient centred care
* Proven ability to co-ordinate, care and prioritise tasks
This a rewarding role where you will be given a lengthy induction program and supervision time to get to know your patients. Your role will be autonomous and you will lead the delivery of care for your patient implementing relative care changes and rehabilitation aims.

If you are a newly qualified nurse, the clinic can offer university accredited preceptorship schemes. For more experienced nurses, an active route into management or specialist qualifications in certain subject areas will be offered allowing you to become a specialist in your field, this is all paid for by the company.
