Staff Nurse - Leominster, Hereford
£28,000 - £31,600 per annum (£14.50 per hour +) + paid breaks + £1,000 welcome bonus

Time Recruitment are exclusively representing a national care home provider with an outstanding reputation within the private sector. We are leading their search for a Staff Nurse in the Leominster area of Hereford the home specialises in the provision of high quality nursing care.
The care provided within this home is specialist which means that NHS referrals are natural alongside providing specialist care for those requiring care for stroke recovery, palliative care or those recovering from long hospital stays requiring intermediate care so high quality clinical excellence is at the heart of what they do.
With a long standing manager, university accredited training and development pathways, the company regular comply with ongoing reviews, supervisions and 1-2-1 guidance you will also receive strong managerial support alongside support from a well versed and long standing staff nurse team assisted by a wealth of well-trained senior care staff.
You will be assisted by a clinical services manager, a home manager, an area and regional manager, an onsite clinical trainer, a clinical auditor, several staff nurses and highly trained senior support staff alongside a staff liaison co-ordinator on hand for guidance.
Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager as a Staff Nurse your duties are as follows:
" Complex assessments and pre assessments of residents coming onto your unit
" Family liaison
" Medication rounds
" Care planning, monitoring and implementing
" Delivering clinical advice and guidance
" Supporting new staff on your unit
" Delegating tasks to care staff on your shift

Firstly and foremost you must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, either RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified. You must have experience of working with elderly patients requiring palliative care or stroke rehabilitation.
Staff Nurses within this establishment are offered flexible shift patterns suited to individual needs; part time and full time opportunities on either nights or days are available here; newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply as an industry leading preceptorship framework is on offer that is also university accredited.
