Clinical Lead
Salary: £37,752 per annum + excellent benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, East London
Hours: 44 days only

Time Recruitment are currently working with an award winning specialist care provider in the Canary Wharf area of central London. They've won multiple awards for the quality of their training programmes. It's a purpose built, medium to large sized nursing home offering Specialist Dementia, Nursing and Palliative care.

Reporting to the home manager, the Clinical Lead Nurse will be accountable for oversight and maintenance of the resident's care ensuring their individual needs are adhered to at all times and being responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home in the absence of the home manager.

* Is planned by a named nurse in partnership with the resident, the resident's family, and other professionals as appropriate
* Promotes self-esteem and self-direction for the resident - maintains the dignity and privacy of the residents always
* Enables the individual's needs to be met physically, mentally, socially, psychologically, and spiritually
* Provides emotional support for families of residents
* Is maintained by ongoing education/training of all staff RGN (Registered General Nurse)

As the clinical lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Provide care for the residents daily undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on duty if necessary
* Contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to the speciality
* Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes
* Contribute to the professional development of trained staff, encouraging the development of research based practice, with a view to meeting PREPP requirement
