Salary: £28,675 - £35,293 per annum + paid breaks + excellent benefits + £1,000 welcome bonus
Location: Gravesend, Kent. South East England
Hours: Days & Nights Available/ Full or Part Time Hours

One of the industry's largest healthcare groups are looking for a Staff Nurse to join their site in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is a varied site providing nursing care and nursing management services to a large bedded nursing home providing general nursing, palliative, specialist dementia and care for the physically disabled.

Modern and comfortable with a homely atmosphere it offers high-quality care including nursing and residential care, convalescence, palliative care and respite. It also specialises in care for those with dementia and Parkinson's disease.

The facility is split into different units and has excellent staffing levels with lots of long standing, well trained support staff on site to assist with nursing needs. All units are compliant with CQC and all unit managers are clinical and assist clinically to help you with any tasks at hand, specially trained nursing auxiliaries are available to assist with medication rounds and the home has an array of staff on shift with one other nurse available, a clinical unit manager and array of support staff.

Your role as registered nurse will be to deliver the highest level of clinical care alongside ensuring all physical and emotional needs are met, carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of the residents

You will be developed clinically in any areas you wish to grow your portfolio, you will also be supported by revalidation experts on site and clinical auditors showing you how to audit your own and other peoples work and you will also be enhanced and developed in a managerial capacity if you are looking to pursue a career in clinical management.
