Staff Nurse
Salary: £15.00 - £15.50 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Days or Nights - Set Hours Available - Part Time or Full Time Available

Time Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse to work within a large national care provider in the beautiful area of Kenilworth, Coventry.

The facility is surrounded by great transport links such as Kenilworth station and is commutable from Coventry, Leamington Spa and Coventry; the service also offers free parking.

The provider has won several awards including: employee experience, care home awards, residential care winner and health investor awards boasting an excellent reputation in the local area.

The site has 60 residents in total split between 2 floors; 30 beds on each catering for those require general and palliative nursing care on 1 unit, and another unit catering for those with dementia care; the service also offers a large amount of residential care; making the nursing units manageable in size and offering a bespoke named nurse service.

The service is well staffed with 2 nurses on shift; a unit manager per unit and an array of well-trained care staff.
With activities rooms, internet café, cinema, library, on site GP, dentist, optician, therapy room, pharmacy and garden the site offers everything residents need.

In your role you will be assisted by a comprehensive and well trained team, including a long standing clinical home manager and a strong clinical management team compromising of a deputy manager; clinical lead and several committed staff nurses and support staff.

Working for a large care provider you will be offered excellence in training and development rolled out by offering a mixture of classroom based and supervision based training; so up skilling is a definite for this role!
You will monitor your own development for your online E-learning modules but you will receive clinical onsite training by verified accredited trainers and will be advanced to obtain NVQ's in management even to degree level!
