One of the largest independent healthcare provider is currently seeking a registered nurses for one of their luxury and award winning care facilities in Rugby, Coventry. We are currently on the search for experienced Staff Nurses to work within their specialist units.

The facility has won design awards and 'best care home of the year 2015' last year and is truly a spectacular site for residents to live in and nurses to work within.

The facility is of medium size with 70 beds; the site is largely residential with a small palliative and general nursing care unit; this is easily manageable with competitive staff nurse to patient ratio levels; the service has 2 nurses on days with a clinical lead and deputy; night nurses work autonomously but with generous levels of care staff.

The site also accommodates for intermediate care needs and stroke rehabilitation from the local hospital meaning there is some short stay nursing needs. With a multi-faceted team in place; the CQC report is very good and the manager is long standing; the service boasts an excellent reputation in the local area.

You will be developed by your clinical manager into completing a lengthy classroom and supervisory induction and will be promoted to complete training specific to your unit alongside any general nursing training you require to upskill; you will also be endorsed to complete your NVQ level 4 or 5 in management if you wish to pursue this.

The site has only the best multi-disciplinary team; working in conjunction with the CCG, with clinical trainers, lead nurses, several unit managers and a home manager you can be assured you will be supported whilst on shift; you will also have a regional and area manager who looks after staff wellbeing and the service promotes team building sessions and promotes healthy working relationships.
