Staff Nurse
Salary: £15.54 per hour + Paid Breaks + £1,000 welcome bonus
(£29,696 - £38,787 per annum)
Location: Upton, Chester
Hours: Full time or Part Time Offered, Days or Nights (up to 48 hours available)

Time Recruitment Solutions are proud to be selecting a Staff Nurse for a highly prestigious care provider for elderly care across the country; the company was established in 1995 and are a not for profit provider with over 60 services across the UK in a residential, nursing and community capacity.

This facility is well known for staff retention of its Staff Nurse's, this home in-particular, has been awarded the status of 'Centre of Excellence' and is the flagship care home across the UK and has a good CQC report and reputation in the area.

The service has 74 beds in total and is largely residential; the nursing floor has 37 beds in total but is split evenly between general nursing and palliative care and has a separate small dementia unit.

Staff Nurse's here will be supported on days with an additional Staff Nurse and Clinical Lead on shift with 7 care staff during the day; Night Nurse's will work autonomously but have a higher amount of support staff during shift.

Care assistants are highly trained and are able to assist with non-complex medications therefore giving time for nursing staff to deliver on clinical care needs; all clinical training and updates are paid for with off-site clinical training delivered and clinical trainers on site to sign you off in order for you to develop your portfolio.

As a registered nurse with this company you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of clinical care. Through your strong clinical knowledge and established people management and leadership skills you will ensure the highest standards are achieved in relationship centred care, clinical care and dementia care throughout the home.
