Time Healthcare Ltd are currently looking to recruit an RGN Unit Manager to manage a small 31 bedded Elderly Frail unit witihin a high specification, purpose built Care Home in Brentwood, Essex . This home provides General Nursing care to the elderly alongside specialist expert care to support those with dementia.

This role involves responsibility for the delivery of care within the homes Elderly Frail community. It requires you to work closely with and support the General Manager in ensuring clinical excellence and the delivery of high standards of care within the home. You will be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire a team to provide the highest level of person-centered care.

The position is fulltime including weekends, the position will include some supernumerary hours, you will be required to cover on-call 1 in 6 on rotation with the Deputy Manager, Home Trainer, other Unit Managers and the General Home Manager. The salary on offer is £33,696pa (more may be negotiated at interview)
