Renal Dialysis Nurse
Location: Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum - highly negotiable
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday - Saturday) Sundays off
Shift: Days only - no nights

A key private healthcare client providing renal services into the NHS is looking for Registered General Nurses to join them as they continue to innovate and provide services into the renal sector; awarded for the development of new technology and innovating new software and equipment which is now utilised in the NHS this is a fantastic company to gain experience with and can offer a wealth of training and expertise.

As a Staff Nurse on a renal dialysis unit you will take ownership of care programmes for dialysis patients with end stage renal disease or acute renal failure; working closely with specialists in the field you will provide stable clinical care, emotional support and independence for patients.

As a world leader in renal care, they thrive off advancing technology and making a difference to patients' lives, Registered General Nurses applying for the post should be dedicated, enthusiastic, keen to learn new skills; within a company that will provide training to someone from a non-renal background.

This role differentiates from your typical ward based role, this a clinic in which repeat patients will come from treatment, advice and support; a typical amount of time to spend with a patient is 5-6 hours and infection control is a large part of the role. You will use high end clinical tools and machines to complete transfusions and prepare patients for transplant.

All Registered General Nurses should have a valid NMC pin, be RGN qualified and have right to work in the UK.
