Medical Administrator
South Manchester
£15,000 to £16,000 plus Fantastic Benefits
Shifts: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30pm

Due to continued expansion our client who are a leading Insurance and Claims Company are looking to give the opportunity to candidates who are looking for a career with insurance claims handling.

To apply for the opportunity you must have excellent communication skills and have worked within office environment.

Duties of the role:

" Managing and monitoring all new instructions from all parties.
" Ensuring the data entered onto the Medical Agencies system is accurate and all the fee earners requirements have been met.
" Ensuring each case is dealt with efficiently, accurately and promptly meeting all the SLA's.
" Monitoring the case to assure the client's case is handled efficiently and accurately and meeting both the client's expectations and the Solicitors.
" Contacting client's to arrange suitable appointment dates and times.
" Keeping the client and solicitor updated with appointments/ amended appointments / Reports / Forms of Authority / Medical Records / DNA's.
" Accurate invoicing and liaising with the accounts department.
" To provide excellent customer service maintaining accurate records. To work closely with team sharing knowledge and experience to ensure the success in achieving and exceeding set KPI's.

You will have already gained experience of Data Inputting and diary messaging client's screens whilst maintaining an excellent telephone manner.
