Customer Account Manager - Existing Clients.
Location: Bury, BL9.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + Uncapped Commission.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join our well established Telesales division. The candidate must have a proven track record in achieving / exceeding targets and have the ability to work from their own initiative in this fast paced environment.
" Contact our existing 4000 customers to sell ancillary products such as consumables.
" Work towards strict but very rewarding monthly Targets and expectations.
" Minimum 100 calls per day as expectation.
" Influence behaviours and culture within the department ensuring professionalism at all times and ensure that the team work towards client values.
" Ensure processes/procedures are safe and comply with client and customer expectations.
" Champion process improvement for the department and knowledge share.
" Ideal candidate / Essential Skills.
" Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in Sales / Telesales / Business Development.
" Demonstrate a hunger for success and future progression.
" Proven experience of achieving targets.
" Organised, Self-motivated and conscientious.
" Excellent interpersonal and confident communication skills.
" Capable of developing strong client relationships.
" Ability to prioritise work load, work under pressure and to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
" Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
" High level of integrity & trust.

" Salary will be competitive and in line with market rates plus attractive OTE.
" Hours, 40 per week between 8.30am and 5.30pm by arrangement.
" 20 days annual plus statutory days.
