B2B Sales Executive
Salary: £16000 -£18000 (OTE £25K-30k uncapped)
Hours: Office Hours Monday to Friday

My client is a very professional and well established business to business corporate company offering specialist services to a range of businesses in a range of industries. Located in brand new offices in BL3 successful candidates will enjoy a range of benefits including free on site parking, gym room at the office, pool tables and other break time entertainment, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, Monday to Friday office hours, a range of sales incentives along with excellent commission structure, cycle to work scheme and pension.
Alongside a basic of £16000 - £18000, commission is based on booking business appointments and revenue generation, this will lead to an overall earning potential averaging £20-£30k uncapped.
The role of the B2B Sales Executive:
" Making outbound to business to speak with decision makers
" Offering consultative sales call by asking fact finding questions and listening
" Generating new leads of business and interest with high level decision makers
" Objection handling and Rapport building with senior business personnel
" Building on relationships with potential future users
The Successful candidate will have:
" Experience within high volume, fast paced call centre role
" Experience within telephone based sales
" Proven track record of working to targets and delivering results
" Be target driven with a competitive nature
" Have excellent and profession phone manner
" Self-motivation and dedication your job
" Business to Business sales desirable but not essential - training will be provided
